Lucky Strike
NOTICE: The manufacturer of this brand stopped releasing the cigarettes in hard cartons. Instead, they will come in 2 rows by 5 packs, wrapped in cellophane.
Lucky Strike cigarette brand was first introduced in 1871 as a smoking mixture and later a cigarette by R.A. Patterson in Richmond, Virginia. In 1905, the company was acquired by the American Tobacco Company (ATC), and Lucky Strike would later prove to be its answer to R.J. Reynolds' Camel.
Initially the pack was dark green, but in 1917, the brand started using the slogan "It's Toasted"-that refers to the process of making the unique tobacco taste, instead of "Lucky Strike Green has gone to war", the company claimed the change was made because the copper used in the green color was needed for World War II. American Tobacco actually used chromium to produce the green ink, and copper to produce the gold-colored trim. A limited supply of each was available, and substitute materials made the package look drab. Many argue that the white package was introduced not to help the war effort but to lower costs and to increase the appeal of packaging among female smokers. In the same year an abbreviation "L.S. M.F.T" signifying "Lucky Strike Means Fine Tobacco" appeared. In 1978 and 1994, export rights and U.S. rights were purchased by Brown & Williamson. In 1996, filtered styles were launched in San Francisco, but it was not until 1999 were they available all over the United States. This cigarette is made with Turkish tobaccos. There exist a ritual among smokers both men and women. In order a wish come true, opening a pack of Luckies one should turn over the first cigarette and to smoke it the last.

"Hello, a short note to let you know I have received both shipments on this order. Thank you. I will be reordering within the week so I do not run out. Your service has been superb and I have referred many, many people to your website, including people I do not know. Anyone I see who smokes, I give them your website. These people cannot believe those of us in the US can legally purchase cigarettes without paying the ridiculously high cost in the US. I am grateful you were recommended to me so I am spreading the word to everyone and anyone so they too can enjoy smoking if they so choose. Have a wonderful day! Regards."

"Thank you very much for sending my cigarettes so quickly and efficiently. I thank you very much. The cigarettes arrived in seven (7) days. I have never had a package received so fast. As a matter of fact, one of your competitors did not finalize the delivery until three (3) months and it was a big hassle getting them. Thanks again for your excellent service."
